Thanks. If you want to know my plan, we are off to a nearby hill station called yercaud about 100 odd kms from Bangalore. Nice cool place. Not that bangalore is not cool during new years but still nothing like driving down to your friendly neighbourhood hill station, dont you think? Anyways, I am sure there would be lots of wine and whiskey, dont know about the turkeys and the lobsters but sure we would have some fiery fried chicken and fish! No time better to push the calories! --Bhooshan

And to you, my friend! It's fortunate that I will celebrate Christmas with friends nearby, so I can slip out briefly to light Chanukah candles at home. Haven't been to Yepoon for a few years. Out on the islands is nicer(no mossies or very small ones(1 -3 cm)) Went to Whitsundays last year :-) No holidays this year (well 22.12 to 3.1) due to product release end of feb :-( Emu export ? whats that ? Usually drink James squire ,extra dry or coopers when drinking beer. Been sticking with cider lately. Whitsundays for those who have never heard of them. http://www.queenslandholidays.com.au/whitsundays/index.cfm http://www.whitsundaytourism.com/ Been to this look out and the scenery looks identical to this photo. Lots of sea turtles through the whole Whitsunday region. http://www.queenslandholidays.com.au/_assets/images/photos/wsy_hillinlet.jpg Alex ps No one inside Australia ever drinks fosters in Australia

That's the miracle of the "import" label. When I lived in Germany (a long time ago) Lowenbrau was a bottom-of-the-barrel more or less dirty-water beer. Same idea, nobody in Germany drank the stuff. It became an "import" here (brewed on the east coast somewhere, I think) and was popular for a time. Havent' seen it for a while, though. Eric Jacobsen Minister of Algorithms, Intel Corp.
