trig functions , coordinate conversions in Programmable DSPs

Hi 

I'm looking @ implementing some algorithms (FFT , PLL ) exploiting COrdic

features. Cycles are critical. Appreciate a pointer to the nest available
solution (DSP - processors that are commercially available)  to  achieve
the same .
