Programing with JTAG connector on 6416

I have a card to made with a TEXAS dsp (6416) and I want to know, how
can I do to pogram the device directly with the JTAG-Emulator
connector.
It seems that we have to bye an interface.

Is someone know anything about it?

Choose Blackhawk or Texas Emulator.
Seems that's requiring hidden knowledge.
Some newsquestions regarding that topic didn't get answers.
