DSP with on-chip video in & Ethernet ?

Hi guys,
Any recommandation for a DSP well suited for an "IP-connected intelligent 
cameras" project, with the following key characteristics :
- On-chip video in port
- Quite high horsepower (in the 1000Mips range)
- Able to drive a quite large external Ram (32Mo)
- Ethernet 100BT interface
I have already Blackfin and TI's TMS320DM64x in mind, but any advice or 
alternative choice will be welcome.
