TMS320F2812 Single Board Computers?

Started by Chris Carlen June 7, 2004
Greetings:

It seems likely that I will be using this in an upcoming project, though
there is some possibility that I might instead use a '6000 series TI DSP.

I may use the EzDSP board to do prototyping, but would eventually need a
board with integrated analog circuits to buffer and clamp the incoming
analog to the chip's A/D, perhaps I may need 16-bit A/D and D/A converters.

Communications stuff would be nice, like at least an RS232 or 423 or 422
and preferably a USB. Ethernet isn't really desired.

Ideally I need this:

TMS320F2812
USB
RS232/RS422
4x independent 16-bit SAR A/D at least 50ksps
4x independent 16-bit D/A at least 50ksps
8x differential inputs with configurable scaling and clamping to the
  DSP's built-in 12-bit A/D converters
JTAG interface for programming/debugging the CPU
access to all other chip signals via headers
maybe an extra 64k RAM would be cool

At minimum I need this:

TMS320F2812
USB
RS232
4 channels of 16/12-bit D/A at least 50ksps
8x differential inputs with configurable scaling and clamping to the
  DSP's built-in 12-bit A/D converters
JTAG interface for programming/debugging the CPU
access to all other chip signals via headers

Any makers of off-the-shelf 2812 DSP single board computers out there?
I would entertain the possibility of contracting someone to make one as
well, if that turns out to be necessary. So if you or someone you know
is competent at this line of work, please fess up and I'll put you in my
folder of potential contractors.

Thanks.

Good day!
