Hello everyone I see a chip thats on a board it says: a2c00022559 980 s1f35037pg 1998 TI F20-2aack5w um assuming its a TMS320F241 and i would like to access the memory of this chip to modify it on-board programming though pins using micro grabbers what would be the easiest way for me to do this and software to accomplish such task Jtag XDS510PP ? with cc4.1 ? Win95 ?, win98? i got XDS510 USB2.0 but unable to connect or em i doing something wrong ? running xp _____________________________________ Do you know a company who employs DSP engineers? What gave you the idea that its a ti dsp chip ?? What does the rest of the circuit look like ? If it was a TMS320F241 then the package would say TMS320F241. I think TI generally puts they're logo on the chips (i.e. the little picture of Texas with the 'i' on it) as opposed to writing "TI". The errata sheet for the TMS320F241 shows what the device markings should look like: http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/sprz150g Brad
