a urgent question about adsp 21csp01 IDE: no target processor to choose?

My visual dsp IDE is an old release for 21csp01 .I can't open my
project in the new IDE  VisualDSP++ 3.5 ,so I use the old IDE now.but
when I open or create a project the target processor and type is not
available.Thanks for you analysis!
