Transfer of window contents using GEL commands in CCS2.2 . [VERY URGENT]

I am using CCS ver2.2 for TMS 320F2812 processor.  In my application, I am
using GEL scripts for logging the contents of a window to a file in text
format. I have tried using the following GEL commands --
GEL_TransferToFileConfg(),  GEL_TransferToFile(), 
GEL_StopTransferToFile().  The CCS generates a text file in the directory.
 But the contents of the window are not getting transferred to the file. 
Anybody please suggest a solution.
