question of ICI in OFDM system

Could anyone tell me if my understanding for the acronym of ICI is right or
not?

There are 2 types of ICI, one is Inter Carrier Interference which is
caused by the frequency offset between transmitter and receiver in OFDM
system, and another is Inter Code Interference which is caused by the Code
Divison Multiplexing in OFDM-CDM system.

ICI - Inter Carrier Interference (Comes in OFDM) ICI Cancellation Methods are :- - Self Cancellation - Maximum Likelihood - KalmanFiltering ICI - Inter-Code Interference related with MC-CDMA (Comes in System based on OFDM - That is, at a bit higher level. so I am concerned about the Inter-Code Cancellation. for example, if the
transmitted x=[-1 -1 -1 +1] and walsh matrix as C=[1 1 1 1;1 -1 1 -1;1 1
-1 -1;1 -1 -1 1], and so the multiplexed signal s=C*x=[-2 -2 -2 2]. then
after channel distortion, the received signal y=[-2.3 -1.5 -0.8 1.2]. how
I should do the Inter-Code Cancellation?
