want to ask please what is the best matlab book for digital
communaction

It's "life without matlab", on Amazon.

OK sorry, trying to be funny. 

But there's DSP and there's matlab. Don't mix them up. And be aware that
some parties may have a commercial interest to tie those two together,
which is possibly in their best interest, but not in yours.

i have the book

contemporary communication systems using matlab and simulink
by proakis salehi and bauch.

each chapter has good amount of matlab code.
