Hi, I am a newbie to matlab, and i have a question: 1. how do i compare two moving images (.tif format) and find where a spot in one image occurs in the other image. 2. the intensity and brightness of the images varies with time, and how do i plot a grpah of this wrt time? I really appreciate it if someone could tell me what functions or .m file can one use from this, and whether it is basic matlab, or image processing toolbox? Thanks |
