Hi all, I would like to convert my tif image to lossless jpeg. Can any one suggest me a way to do it in matlab or otherwise?? The tiff image that needs to be converted is 16 bits/pixel and is about 35MB. If not lossless jpeg can it be converted to a pnm image without any loss?? I tried imwrite for jpeg and pnm, but did not work. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me out with this problem at the earliest. Thanks Anuradha Agatheeswaran |

at the earliest? If you are on Linux, try convert (ImageMagick). If you are on Windows, try Linux ;-) otherwise, why not just saving it as jpeg from Matlab? Maybe I did not understand what was lossless jpg. Luck!
