Hi,
I am new to the MATLAB environment, my project is to make a GSM
physical layer simulation using Simulink. I am stuck on speech coding,
there aren't any commands or tools for GSM speech coded RPE-LTP in
MATLAb or simulink, Can anyone help please? any ideas, thanks
