'midl' is not recognized as an internal or external command, help please :)

Hello!

When I am creating COM to be used for c#, i am always getting this
error...

'midl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

D:\PROGRAM FILES\MATLAB71\BIN\WIN32\\..\MEX.PL: Error: IDL compile
of 'mwcomtypes.idl' failed.

I have exhausted the net, but there arre no solving solutions..
Man im running out of ideas..
