(Urgent)Passing parameters from GUI to Simulink

Hi all,

I am calling a simulink model from m-file(script file) and passing parameters to blocks correctly.

But the problem is when use the same commands to call the model from a function (from GUI), the values are not getting updated.

Can anybody tell me that why this is happening, and what is solution for this.
