Hi everybody...
I am trying to implement LMS equaliser for Proakis Channel B which has
coefficients [0.407 0.815 0.407]. Now the problem is that I am not getting the
perfect BER plot. If I remove the precursor and implement the channel e.g. [1
0.815 0.407] then I am getting good plot. But not with the exact proakis channel
B.
I guess the problem is with tap settings. I have tried everything but I am still
stuck at this problem.
Any help in this will be highly appreciated.

Hi Chintan,
Is your LMS equalizer estimation assuming the presence of a pre-cursor??
You need to check the equations carefully.
