i am engaged in clustering the histogram data of a periodic signal with gaussian
noise added,,, i am using the Hierarchical Clustering for this purpose
Hierarchical Clustering ( Multivariate Statistics ) is found under Statistic
Toolbox in MATLAB ,,
while using the inconsistent function to define naturalcluster divisions in
the data i can not understand how to use the depth or what depth would be
significant in my analysis,,, i have read the MATLAB help but still can't
find answer,,,,,,
if anyone has used the depth and inconsistent functionkindly answer me as to
how use this 'depth' ....
