I put the following at the end of my ISR:

                bfset   #$800,x:ADCB_BASE+6     //clear interrupt!
                bfset   #$800,x:ADCA_BASE+6     //clear interrupt!

To the best of my knowledge, the Inputs to the Timer C module can be selectably set to use the same input to start the timer.  Thus only one input need be used to run both timers.  The outputs from the timers are hardwired to the respective ADC, so both timers must be used, but only one PWM unit is required.
