Serial Bootloader

Started by Jacob Christ October 22, 2003
Has anyone played with setting the timeout in the serial bootloader
application that comes with the SDK? I've been trying to make it
timeout and have been unsucessful. I've changed the values that get
written to the .pdelay section, with no luck.

Hi Jacob,

If you are using the SDK it just requires placing
BSP_BOOTLOADER_DELAY 2 //2 sec delay in the appconfig.h file.
This always works for me.

If you are not using SDK then the only idea I have would be to build
the default SDK project, put the delay in appconfig.h and try to find
out were it is putting the value.
