Query problem in SCI1 Receive

Hello,

       My  name is attel divate, i am working on the DSP56f805 EVM board for the first time i am working on the SCI0 and SCI1 receive and transmit programs, i am not getting the receive from the PC to the Board, Can anyone please assist me in this regard, it would be very much helpfull for me if u send some data material and any sample programs of the SCI modules in C programing. And also plz asist m,e to how to write the interrupt routine for the Receive Data Register Empty Interrupt and for the Transmit Register Full interrupt ( offset or Function name for the routines in C programming).Pleasse it is very urgent thank u all,
