Has anyone use a serial connection for JTAG/Once like proposed in
the manuals (paraccum.pdf/pcium.pdf) with TDO of one DSP connected
to TDI of the next one?
Manual says it is possible, but I am not sure if CCS or ADS56300
support this configuration.

Stefan,
The software and hardware does support this function. I've personally
used this with up to 4 devices and know of people who have used it with
up to around 50 on the chain. All you have to do is set it up using the
"device" command...
