Hello,
56800E Flash Programmer documentation (56800EFPUG.pdf file) describes a
command line version (I have found the flash_over_jtag.exe tool) and
also a GUI version that I haven't found.
What is the name of the 56800E Flash Programmer GUI version executable
file and where can we found it.

It will be inlcuded in the upcoming CodeWarrior update 7.3. Freescale
also has posted it on the website:
