I need GSM-FR codec (encoder and decoder) exe or source code for windows host machine, can anyone suggest where can i find it. Start a New Thread

All versions of Windows have included the GSM-FR codec since at least
1995. It will encode-decode to Windows wave format files.

If you need source code to work with raw files or streams you can look at
