Hi all I have a problem with table of constant for multi-boundary initial voice activity decision. Basically i compare itu recommendation and c code. If you read comments in local function MakeDec in function vad.c, Q15 format are multiply by Q23 or other format while functions work with long integer and short integer. What mean this comments?
