Using the noise subspace matrix you calculate/plot the MUSUCÂ Pseudo-Spectrum and find the peak(s). These are the dominant frequencies
Once you have the estimated frequencies the 'noiseless' phase shifted version of the corrupted signal will be a sum of complex sinusoids in these freqs.
