I remember I came across this problem at Grade 7. That is exactly how we taught to solve the problem. Find the solution very intuitive. :)

Windowing, to my best understanding, is In Signal processing: 1.to trancate signals which are of your interest2.to reduce memory requirement and accelerate computation...

Dr. mike, Do you agree with me on this? I think the upper bond is fs/2F0 for M. Here are my reasons. Here fs stands for sampling rate, F0 is the cutoff frequency...
