hello, could anyone recommend a type of sdram that i could connect to a 21065L? the needed space is just small, about 1-2 Mbytes only. thanks.. carlo. |

Hi Micron MT48LC2M32B2, is it ok it is 512K * 32 * 4(banks) . Total size is 2M * 32 . Sounds good, but check that the 65L's SDRAM controller has the range of settings for this part. It can't handle some of the newer SDRAM. If this is going to be for a product, ask your distributor if the part will be around for awhile. Some of the smaller parts that the 65L can handle are going out of production. |
