I am working in a Digital Signal
Processing Laboratory, and we use ADSP2189 and
ADSP2191 DSP processors. We have implemented many digital algorithms by using
ADSP2189 and DSM2180F3V successfully, and now I have switched to ADSP2191 and
DSM2190F4V, but I have some problems
with it as following:
1) To program the chip (DSM2190F4V) I need to build a *.hex file of our source
code, but elfspl2191 instruction makes a *.ldr file.
2) After making a *.ldr I rename it to *.hex and then program it to DSM2190F4V
using PsdSoft Express software. However, when I read (upload) the contents of
the DSM2190F4V, it is empty and nothing has been programmed to it.
I do not know my problem is in software or hardware,
so I have attached both the board schematic (drawn by Protel 99 SE) and the
assembly
source code as a test program to toggle PF0-7 Flags.
It will be very kind of you to help get started
the ADSP2191.
