I am building a mp3 decoder.
I have understood (correctly or incorrectly?) that there are 576 frequency lines
whose amplitudes are encoded using the Huffman tables. These 576 lines have been
broken down into 5 regions namely region0, region1, region2, count1 and rzero.
The first 3 regions constitute the big values.
I am unable to decipher the widths of the above 5 regions using the ISO
documentation for MPGAUDIO. I am assuming that I need a BandIndex table to
decipher the above details. Please help.

Hi i have prblem with posting masage here. I write the masage but doesnt
appear here, it tells me that the masage will be send to the ads..@.. mail.
How can i post a masage here to be seen from other pople????

That's because it has to be accepted by a moderator. The moderators
delete a lot of spam that nobody wants to see, it makes it easier to read
the whole board.
There will be a delay because sometimes moderators are sleeping - we all
live in various time zones around the world, have day jobs, and families.
We'll get to it eventually!

That's because it has to be accepted by a moderator. The moderators
delete a lot of spam that nobody wants to see, it makes it easier to read
the whole board.
There will be a delay because sometimes moderators are sleeping - we all
live in various time zones around the world, have day jobs, and families.
