Sigma-Delta DAC

I've been looking for a circuit schematic of a DAC using a second order delta-sigma modulator with no sucess.
I was just wondering if anyone here had a transistor level schematic or anything that would help me.
I've only come up upon delta-sigma modulators used in ADCs, can this same circuit be used in a DAC?

On the top of page 4, does anyone know if that can be used in a DAC as well?
Please anything would help me, I've spent hours researching and it seems that it has been wasted time.

What about starting from this:
