LabView runs on your PC.
So LabView should not care which DSP, etc attached to the other end of the
communication line.

Some quick Google searching shows mention of DSK 6416 on NI's website... but I don't see anything newer than that.
I could be wrong though, you have to investigate. On suggestion is to ask on TI's e2e forum.
