Sorry, my message was not clear. I am looking for integrated High Speed USB dsp
with low-cost and we don't need any ethernet/mac functionality. Just USB
2.0 built-in DSP is fine.

You didn't mention whether you need host or device.
A 6747 is one device that will work.
FYI- you can use the internet to select your DSP.
1. goto ti.com
2. under 'products-->processors' select DSP.
3. pick 'select a device'
4. you can select 'usb' and any other options that you might need.
5. you can sort by any column - like internal memory, processor speed
price, etc.
