Hi Rasim,
I have them under C:\CCStudio_v3.3\C6000\dsk6713\include, together with othes dsk6713_XXX.h files, but I think this depends on the installation dir you've choosen.

They come with the DSK C6713. Alternatively, you can Google for them.

You can also google - rulph chassaing DSK6713 .. you can find the aic23
files.
