hi,
I am using customized C6415 board for some product.I am using JTAG
for debugging. We made Following connections for JTAG header and DSP
1.TRST is pulled down and connected to DSP and Header
2.4,8,10,12 pins of JTAG header is conneced to GROUND.
3.12 and 13 pins of Header is puuled up and connected to DSP EMU0 and
EMU1 pins
4.TCK_RET and TCK(9 and 10 pins of Header)shorted and connected DSP
respective pins
5.TDI and TDO (3 aND 7 PINS of Header)pulled up and connected to DSPs
respective pins.
6.TMS (pin no 1 of header) is directly connected to DSP.

But we r not able bring up CCS through JTAG emulator.Pls
inform me if any problem in the above hardware connections and also
send u r comments.

Thanks in advance.

We had the same problem .

The problem was the change of the DSP silicon revision from 1.03 to 1.1 - we
had to change the CCS 2.12 driver Gabriel Drenger
