Capon and Apes spectral estimators

Good morning,

I am interested in implementing Capon and Apes as spectral estimator, my
target is to get as more accurate as possibile periods (freq's), amplitudes
and phases from a daily sampled data serie.

I'd like to compare fft results with Capon and Apes, does anybody knows how
to use such methods in Matlab?

There is a function that performs Capon Spectral estimation in Signal Analysis and Linear Prediction Toolbox:
