you can simply take the gui56300.exe
for simulation DSP code! It will work also with
56xxx assembler Code!! You only have
to take care to use only 56xxx conform
assembly syntax! The gui563xx works
also better with the *.cld (COFF) files!
But if you want to take the
gui56000.exe you can take this one!
You only have to go to metrowerks
homepage! There you can download the
corresponding software:

gui56000 to simulate/debug the
dsp56002 ...
please help me i've tried to
find it for many days with no solution, i
found only the 56300
