Does anyone has utility to convert Motorola COFF .cld file to srec
fileunder Windows Xp? I have older version of srec.exe that doesn't
work under XP but it works under Windows 2000.

The newest version of SREC.exe that I'm aware of is v6.3 which seems
to
work fine under WinXP for me...
