Flash Security

You must program your flash by the same way to program rest of the flash IC. the configuration feild is just reserved space within FLASH that is use to protect your IC. You must first erase FLASH & after program it. the program & erase sequence is explain in the user manual at chapter "6.5.3.2"

Hi, I'm an Italian student and I'm new in programming 56F8323 Motorola
DSP. Anybody know how to write in the Flash Memory Configuration Field
in a 56F8323 DSP?
I'd like securing Flash Memory and I read the 6th chapter in the
Peripheral User Manual, but I don't understand how to modify
SECL_VALUE with "0xE70A" value.
Could anybody help me ?
