Hai, Can you please give me the information regarding this: The code which ITU-T giving G.723.1 containing the input speech files in the format of *.tin files. About input file format

hi madan, The input is linear PCM file with sampling frequency 8kh and each sample 16bit long. Any speech record at 8khz(16bit linear) in linear PCM format can be used as input insteaded of *.tin. To record ur speech you can use cool edit pro software (www.SYNTRILLIUM.com).
