Hello, ADI, within the last year, in many papers, claim ADSP-2183 in BGA package availability. However, no tech. data in their datasheet, nor somewhere else I can find. Have somebody seen this device, does anybody know a source of technical data for it, can you say words about commercial availability of the product? Thank you. Sergey Vlasov Proj. Mgr. Is ADSP2183 available in BGA?

Thank you, George, for your answer to my "Subject: Re: Is ADSP2183 available in BGA? " Actually today I have AD73522 with all its benefits on chip. However it has no separate host port which '83 has and I use in parallel with memory IO. Therefore multiplexed bus is not what I need. '83 in BGA (I hope) not only saves board space, but reduces timing problems at increased frequency. Morover, neither '422, nor '522 is available for industrial temperature range (-40*..+85*C), as '83 is. But I guess '83 in BGA is still an advertising, not a product. Am I right?
