some error in VDSP ++ 3.0, can anybody help

Hi all
i recently downloaded VDSP ++ 3.0 from ADI's
site. after installing both VDSP and license, i tried to run some
project.
while the tool is able to biuld the file but when i do
rebuild all tool doesnt create dxe file.its is creating doj files.

it shows the following error.
" tool exit exception code error :2
bulid unsucessfull "
intrestingly it does run the previusly created dxe files.
i guess there is something wrong with settings of tool.

can anybody please tell me what can be problem?

The tools should be configured to generate some other
kind of output, like library, loader, etc... Does it
generate a .lib file? A .ldr file?

In the Project Options buttton, check that it is
configured to generate DSP Executable files (.dxe)
