It is possible to view the external memory contents while simulating an
ADSP-21262 program with VisualDSP?

Getting to external ram with the 21262 requires going thru the periferal
controller. If the simulator can execute the periferal, then you should
be able to attach a file to the input port. I don't know the details, but
I do know the 21262 is difficult to connect to external ram.
