Where to find "new65Ldefs.h" in VDSP++ 4.5?

Hello!

I'm using an EZ KIT LITE 21065L demo board with VDSP++ 4.5. In most of
the listings in the app note AN-1819 the header file "new65Ldefs.h" is
used. The listings are written for VDSP++ 4.x but I can not find this
header file in my 4.5. Does anyone know where to find this file?
