About LD111712TR (1.2v) Voltage Regulator ............

Hi!

I don't know whether i can post this question here or not...Anyway iam
posting help me............

I have my Own BF-532 Board with
SDRAM(MT48LC8M8M16A2),Flash(M29W160Ecool smiley and Audio Codec(AD1836)

I have a Small Problem with LD1117S12TR 1.2V Regulator .....
AS per the Bf533 Ezkit lite we have designed the Power Supply which is
having a 3.3v regulator and 1.2V Regulator....3.3V is generating
Properly......,But 1.2V regulator is generating
4.45v.........?????????????

IC is not Heating............ Everything is Proper

I have disconnected all the Tracks Coming to the regulator and given
5v input, GND from Outside but then also it is generating 4.45v.......

Same Regulator I have Soldered in Other Board it is generating 1.2V
Properly....So,that IC is not a Problem.....

I disconnected all tracks(So,that i can avoid Circuit Effets on the
regulator ) and checked by giving 5v and GND then also it is giving
4.45v ..So,that Circuit is not a Problem

Without Connecting the IC i Checked the Output Voltage Iam getting 0v
so,it implies Circuit is OK.....

Actually These are the Observations i have seen in the Circuit ...From
these things I can't figure it out what is the Problem..........

So, if anybody have seen these type of Problem Please Help
me.................
