Hello all, I am using TMS320DM270 (ARM7 & c54x DSP) chip. I am trying to interface harddrive(20 GB) to the external memory interface region 1 (Compact flash region) of DM270. DM270 datasheet tells Compact Flash interface doesnt support trueIDE mode. I want to know it is possible to interface and continue the harddrive in the compact flash interface of DM270. Hi, Thanking you the reply. But im not getting what u r trying to suggest me. Im interfacing harddisk in the Compact Flash interface of DM270 (not in the C54x DSP). But u told to implement FPGA and interface via McBSP. where this McBSP and all coming in compact flash interface? Can u pls explain somemore detail. Regards, Suyambu.
