TMS320DM6437

I am a newbie in DS prcoessors and have been assigned a project on
video/image processing using TMS320DM6437(da vinci) processor..after
doing the installations that came along with the cds i find that when
i click code composer it gives me a message saying error initialising
emulator etc...i tried correcting it with my prof by trying ona
different machine ,reinstalling but i vain..what cud be the problem

Please describe your setup/environment.
like CCS 3.3 + ?? emulator

Have you attempted to run xdsprobe to verify the JTAG connect to the target??
