Strange Prob - Boot loader n Emulator Connection

Hi ,
A strange problem , want to share with you .
I have C6482 board with boot loader (I2c boot) on it . Boot table configures UART and i can see bootup messages , which shows the peripheral inits and stats. Boot loader works perfectly and all msgs are good when Emulator cable is connected . When i remove the emulator cable , status msgs shows SRIO peripheral fail. I checked all the register values of peripheral in both cases , its same . Added delays also to see any difference , but the result is same , fail if emulator is not connected.

Anybody faced similar problems in bootloader with emulator in/out condition ??
