Hi
I am new to this group. Kindly help Me. I have to design a TMS320C6713 based
board for my project. I want to know how to interface FLASH chip (Am29LV400B)
with TMS320C6713. I have gone through the circuit diagram of 6713 DSK board. In
that they are using a CPLD for certain logic functions for flash interface.
Can I avoid CPLD ? If it is possible how to use CE#,OE#,WE#,RESET# pins of
the Flash chip for the interface; including flash programming using JTAG.

Yes you can avoid CPLD. Maybe you can have a look at the evaluation board schematics.

If possible could you please send me some link to the evaluation board schematics. Because right now I am having only the schematics of the TMS320C6713 DSK.
