Dear
I was Run xdsprobe .It Does work!!
Errorr Mesage is:

C:\CCStudio_v3.3\cc\bin>xdsprobe.exe

-----[Select and reset the controller]---

This utility will operate on port address '0x0'.
That original port address was aliased to '0x0240'.

An error occurred while hard opening the controller.

-----[An error has occurred and this utility has aborted]--------------------

This error is generated by TI's USCIF driver.

The value is `-180' (0xffffff4c).
The title is: `SC_ERR_CTL_NO_TRG_POWER'.

The explanation is:
The controller has detected a target power loss.
The user may have failed to turn-on or connect its source.

C:\CCStudio_v3.3\cc\bin>pause
Press any key to continue . . .

You can get this error with XDS510 technology emulators when you are not
using the proper options.

Refer to my blog for troubleshooting and using xdsprobe. There is also a TI
app note on xdsprobe [it may not be quite as useful :-)

That sure reads like my 'guess' as to the cause of the problem was correct.

However, since another emulator works, I now suspect the failing emulator has a problem.

Being intimately familiar with the XDS510 technology of the emulator and the
fact that Wintech is not known for "simple, user friendly configuration" of
their XDS510 technology emulators [although this is their 'new and improved'
version], I would pursue getting xdsprobe to work before blaming any
hardware.

Michael,

Your right, and I know nothing about the emulators being discussed so maybe I should just sit back on this problem.
