I have an EVMOMAPL137 and I just have installed its CD and usb driver and
CCSdriver of my TI DSP EMULATOR from its CD.Should I install any other
things?

I'm not thinking of anything else to install at this time.
Unless it is the plug-in to download to the DSP flash.
You will need Administrative priviledges on the computer that is running the
CCS to be able to use all the functionality, especially the debug features.
